Kindred Consulting Group is a training and leadership coaching firm serving entrepreneurs, SME owners, and organisations across Ghana and the United States. We offer three core services: Training Solutions, Leadership Coaching, and Bespoke HR Services — all designed to help business owners build the people and structure around what they have already built.
Our flagship programme, Build & Thrive Group Coaching, is a 4-week group coaching programme covering vision and branding, communication and negotiation, business basics and HR systems, and emotional intelligence and leadership. It is open to entrepreneurs and small business owners across Ghana and the US.
